Notifications
The bell at the top of the menu, the Notifications page, and notifications by email.
BrickInvoice tells you when something needs you: an order that could not be booked, a store that stopped, a trial that ran out. You see these messages in the bell, and on request also by email.

The bell
The bell sits at the top of the menu, next to your account name. A number on it shows how many notifications are open. Click it to see the newest ones, each with how long ago it arrived. Long messages are shortened.
A notification with a link opens the page where you deal with it, for example the order or the connection. The cross next to a notification closes it. A notification also disappears by itself when the problem is solved, even while the bell is open, and new ones appear without reloading the page.
A notification leaves the bell after a month. Messages about the inventory sync leave it after 14 days.
The Notifications page
Settings → Notifications lists all your notifications, also the ones you closed. The buttons at the top filter the list:
- All: every notification.
- Active: the ones still open, with their count.
- Dismissed: the ones you closed.
Each line shows the message and when it arrived. A link icon opens the page the notification is about, in a new tab, and the cross closes it.
Some accounts have the Activity page instead. For them the Notifications menu item is gone, and the old address opens Activity with the events that need attention.
Notifications by email
To get an email as well, turn on Email notifications on the Notifications tab of Settings → Profile. It is off by default. See Email notifications for which messages are emailed.
