How it works
From Wanted List to picked parts in three steps.
Upload your Wanted List
Download your Wanted List from BrickLink as XML and drop it in. We fetch your store inventory and match it against your wants.
Walk the picking list
Your matches are sorted by lot location, so you collect everything in one efficient loop through the warehouse.
Pull and update
Every pull lowers that lot in your live BrickLink inventory. Finish up and paste the generated XML back to record what you filled.
Stop buying parts you already own. Location-sorted picking, live inventory updates, and a safe ledger behind every pull.
One Warehouse Loop
Your picking list is sorted by the location remarks on your BrickLink lots, so you walk past every bin exactly once instead of criss-crossing the warehouse.
Live Inventory Updates
Each pull lowers that lot's quantity on BrickLink for you — or removes the lot when it hits zero. No manual stock corrections afterwards.
Cheapest Stock First
When several of your lots match one wanted part, the cheapest are used first — so you sacrifice cheap stock and keep your pricier listings up for sale.
Respects Your Max Price
Lots priced above the max price on your Wanted List are flagged and never pulled automatically, so you never give away a part you meant to buy cheaper elsewhere.
Safe to Interrupt
Every pull is recorded before it happens, so a double-click never subtracts twice. Close the tab mid-pick and resume exactly where you left off, even on another device.
